You've given up too much armor to fit that, which is essentially doing your opponent's work for them. The legs and side torsos need to be upped something fierce.

Too bad, I honestly wanted to see how 4 URL/5s could fit, I never seem to be able to even fit 4 RL/5s but then I cannot seem to build any Jager to my liking.

I have been running 2 AC2's and 2 AC 5's on my JM6-DD. It's probably the most consistent build I have run with. Almost always between 550 and 650 damage, never below or above that range, it's strange...

The most practical use of the 3 ballistic slots per arm is, IMO, an asymmetrical load out. Use 3 slots on one arm but not the other.

3 AC2s and an AC10 for range and burst damage. You could drop to a smaller engine to install some lasers if you wanted to, as it is very ammo dependent.

Have you tried 4 AC5? Slightly lower DPS, more armor/ammo, just as heat efficient. And no jams.

@Wulvar: I'd second the suggestion to up the torso armor. JMs die quick. At least you have a Standard engine, so maybe dropping the SLs for CT armor would be enough.

Really wanted to try out lots of MG'S, little bit underwhelming. The Gauss, ERLL combo i like though
