Still getting the same disconnects since the prior patch (had no issues prior to the prior patch). Have ISP speed of 6Mbps, located in California. Have done extensive ping and tracert tests that show packets getting lost regularly between me and PGI, sometimes showing up in a Palo Alto hub but mostly in the Toronto hubs. Do not have any connection issues at all with other games, like Rift or Pirate 101. Have submitted a support ticket previously where the tech determined the connection was to blame.
