I am still getting a "This account is not authorized" window when I attempt to log in into the PTS. What should I do?

Unfortunately , the snapshot of all the accounts was done earlier in the week. As your account was just created, you will need to wait until next weeks test. Sorry!

You should get a timezone converter and figure out the RIGHT time to log in. The morning test ended two hours ago, and the evening test won't start for another 2 hours.
