Clan mechs will only be available to the players with the MC to afford them (just like project pheonix)
After all this is the the innersphere, none of you suckas are from clan-town, if you want a choice ride you have to pay for it.
Of course you can roll noobs for 3 months while you save up c-bills for the public release.

I've moved this into feature suggestions, as this seems to be a more appropro place. Cheers!

Actually, there is a MORE appropriate place than the Suggestions forum for this thread.....

elo has no place in a game that forces you to use ****** mechs to upgrade the mech/playstyle you want, as well as play several dozen games to make it a competitive fighter.

in addition, it also has no place where the meta game has not matured.

it also has no place where weapon balance is laughable, at best.

All the best players on one side...

Let me think about that one...

And what happens when someone's ELO drops, their mechs get taken away (not read the whole thread if that's already addressed ;))

So this is a literally serious thread to post in?

If yes, you do know that Goons will be the Clans?

The goons are so great they had to combine with Kaos Legion, lol. They are not as leet as you like to believe.

Liking your own posts makes people not take you seriously.

Posted Image the QQ from players that THINK they're good players, but then don't get a clan mech would knock the moon out of orbit.

Yes. Literally. It is a sign of low self-esteem and a cry to be noticed. It is a red flag that tells the reader that you have nothing of worth to say, so you self-validate.

Or perhaps I like my posts ? Or not ? Should I dislike my posts? I mean the Devs enabled that function on this board. They certainly had a good plan with it, like their balance solutions. They have the vision, it's not upon us to critize them but to use what they have provided.

You know, people always complain about me liking my own posts, which I just don't understand. They are the highest quality goodposts, and I would be remiss in my actions as a goodposter to not like my goodposts.

Am I mistaken about reading a post about Kaos Legion and the Word of Lowtax combining?

If so, I apologize.

But the whole "liking your own posts" is real.

Sadly, I cannot refute that logic.

So give the best equipment to the best players, and let them fight bad players with the bad equipment?
Where is competition?
+ This way you will reward meta abuse making things even worse that they are now.
P.S. No, slaughter is fun, but it becomes boring very fast
