PPS: Would never thought but this one even works with a STD VTR-9K yes its slow but damn its sturdy as hell.
My 9S is an XL with dual UAC5s, 2ML, 2SRM6+Arty and an XL320 + AMS

Ive driven both, when they were released, I own the flame and the awesome is the most idiotic mech to ever place an XL in due to the fact it is literaly impossible to miss unless you have a HAND SEASURE while aiming at it.

Texass nice stats. I'm guessing you purely pug since your win loss ratio are close to mine. Your KD is way better tho. My Victor 9k is similar to your stats too. Strange how gauss victors are killing machines while my 20ac 9S is doing way worse although still as fun.

I'm happy with the Victors and can't wait to get speedtweak on them both.

I've ran 11 matches with a 9s so far and I've found it is one of only a couple mechs with an XL that can have 20-30% left in it and still be alive at the end of a match.
I'd say I was just lucky, or those shooting at me are just bad, but it's happened more than a few times.

I've learned to detest the Victor.

For some really odd reason this mech takes hits to the CT like no other. I use an XL engine and I've never been cored by an RT/LT death..theyve all been straight CT deaths.

Thing carries weaponry equivalent to a heavy mech, with the armor of a heavy and the maneuverability/speed of a heavy. The only 'assault' part of it is its size and tonnage.

One is seriously better off in a catapult than in this thing.

I was taken out in 3 shots by a pop tartfalling HGN yesterday from across the map. PPC's of course, not sure how many but great aim.

After 40 matches with my Victor 9S I'm up to a 3.88 K/D which is about 1.5 higher than my next best.

I don't even have my elites yet and that extra speed from speed tweak will probably make this mech so much better.

Okay, I only have succesfull stats with 9S, I am able to do up to 1k dmg and I die with him very hard, but 9B omg man wat is dis, I die to easily with that guy but I have almost same loadout and better speed and same armor, and 9K well he is ok. I really dont know what is with 9B and yes hardpoints are awfull put 4 missle hardpoint and use 1 or 2 ballistic in arm, the way he is now, NO THANKS!

I like the K...I only mount 1 balistic anyhow and like the added energy/jj. The B im not enjoying at all, but I want to get elite so as we say here in good 'ol Germany "sink yer head and up through the middle"

The Victor is 80 tons, The Highlander 90. For its weight the Victor is awesome.

the Victor has me so happy I almost thought about switching my allegiance to Davion for building it!

I truly love see those AMAZING, immortal Atlases, with their superior damage and DPS constantly overheating and shutting down while I jump around him taking 66 pt bites out of his bloated, flacid hide.
