Funny thing about it removing the "simulation" aspect is that nearly (if not) all actual commerical simulation games feature 3rd person cameras. Not that Mechwarrior has ever had simulator depth anyway, but still not a big stretch.

Granted I would prefer Mechwarrior to evolve a bit but baby steps.
