Invest 3 months and 1/4 million into designing a map. Remove it because KONG and friends don't like it.

I see mechwarrior dying and nobody honestly giving a crap because there are much better options out there, it's honestly a naturally selective process, no rhetoric about it.

This ones actually for the birds... But yeah... Give us large maps somewhere between alpine and terra... some open spaces, some chokes. Tourmaline is pretty decent but design something less linear

I'm sorry, but I whole-heartedly disagree. Alpine Peaks is actually my FAVORITE map of this game. It is the only map with the space to maneuver a force and lacks ridiculous terrain features jutting everywhere for no discernible reason. The problem, in my humble opinion, is the terrible game-modes we are stuck with. Either you have a 50/50 chance of walking right by the enemy and playing capwarrior online, or you make giant loops to get smaller caps. Alpine would be amazing with a team-deathmatch or assymetric game-mode. Forces have the room to maneuver, engage, disengage and actually use tactics. In most other maps (especially with 12v12) it becomes a massive clusterf*** of brawling between ridiculous terrain pieces.

That's my opinion, you can feel free to disagree, but I would prefer it to be in a constructive manner.
