When are the next patches scheduled to be?

I think there was a post including those dates but I've looking everywhere for it and can't find it?

Thanks in advance

If they keep their regular schedule up to release, the next patches are on the following dates:
  • August 20
  • September 3
  • September 17 (release)
They might release more patches, of course.

so 3 patches before release just going by normal schedule. I feel like they will try to amp it up to more patches so they can squeeze in more before release,

but hopefully that doesn't cause the introduction of too many bugs on release date.

Think I've read somewhere they will increase the patch pace to present more aggressive balancing into the live environment, and fill out the big content (UI2.0, CW) but I can't remember from where I read it.

They've had a patch every week for the last three weeks right? They might take a break for a week, then do another 3 weeks. Bet they're all working triple overtime to try and get everything (UI 2.0, at least one phase of CW, achievements, balancing, another map...) ready for the 17th.

I'll take that bet.

Technically the servers go down EVERY Tuesday and Friday at 1 pm eastern. In general they're only down for less than 5 minutes because they're just updating the sale or something that has nothing to do with gameplay. But if you're aware of this and are fishing for dates of larger patches (gameplay/bug fixes, new maps/mechs, etc.), Druidika is more than likely correct.

Per russ's twitter feed you can *AT LEAST* expect a hotfix for the FPS issue re: 12v12.

Beyond that we're probably going to see:

a major 3pv patch
a major 'component test + public test server now runs cw version 1' patch (tuning/etc)
followed by 'release - public test cw now becomes live'.

Lots of microfixes per patch, possibly a 'fix patch' each week with the major stuff being on two week releases.

I reckon we'll at least see frequent balance patches, regardless of big content updates or not.. And bugslaying..

Actually dropped in a match with PGI's Thomas D (I'd misspell his last name even if I copy-paste!).

I asked nicely, and he said the next patch is August 20.

Two weeks... these patches are gonna get BIG if they are going to get all their stuff into the game by September 17!

that said, we might see more hotfixes or smaller "unplanned" patches that don't add as much content

See the mistake is you assume they are going to get it in game by the 17th. Clearly the last year should prove otherwise...

This IF is BIG.

But I think they'll at least launch MC sales of non-hero Kintaro variants this Tuesday (with sales for CBs starting at 20th August), they'll never miss a chance to grab some dosh.

My bet is that what we see now ingame is the same we will see on Sep 17 as well, with cbill Kintaro and maybe hero/MC Orion / another mech (Wolverine?).
With the possible exception of 3PV (+ mandatory bugs) and some crappy PPC+Gauss nerf (hinted at in ATD44, that will not change the metagame one bit).
Aaand HSR/hit registration fix if they can pull off the same 1337 hax they did with HUD bugs in the remaining time.

Wondering if they man up and a) make a statement on cbill nerf if they are hell-bent on going with it or b ) revert/tweak it so the grind is more bearable.

Greetings MechWarriors!
Starting today all Kintaro variants can be purchased for ! Joining their golden brother are the KTO-18, KTO-19, and KTO-20 – for three times the Medium Missiles! We hope you all enjoy these new variants, and we look forward to seeing you on the battlefield!
(New skins cannot be added to the KTO-18, 19, or 20 yet, but will be able to August 20th. The basic skin can, however, be coloured.)
Cheers,
The MechWarrior Online Team

Just as planned, it looks like an establishing pattern.

OK, so tomorrow _should_ be a patch day. I haven't seen any announcements on what will be in it. Anyone else seen anything?

The Kintaro CT hitbox bug should be in the Sept 3 patch... implying that there is no patch Aug 27.

I watch the developer tracker thread (cuz I don't do twitter on a regular basis), and I check the Announcements section here. And all I've seen is the Kintaro fix statement. The "Upcoming Features" thread has become a list of neat stuff someone might be working on, but there's no attempt to put dates on it (no way to do so!).

Just wondering if I missed something on FB or G+ or any other info outlet I can't keep up with...

TIA

It's been quiet.

A little too quiet...
