Streak damage at 2.5! Are you on crack? SRM's stay the same but Streaks you know that auto lock weapon that will sooner or later have 4 and 6 varients. Facepalming +12

Yes it would be awesome if it wasn't for that fix they made to streaks that made them useless no matter the damage output you know the fix that made every missile hit a different piece of the mech each time. spreading the damage so thin that even this fix wont help them.

Also, there is no mention on the separate queues for 3PV... Did I miss something?

Patch Content: 3PV, another Hero 'mech, and a "new" 'mech. Yay! I cannot WAIT for release! Let's see what balance goodies they gave us! Oh, excellent! Several machine gun nerfs! Those six-MG spiders were totally killing me all the time! Reduced match rewards, another great change that greatly reflects the forum's concerns. No separate queues for 3PV...wait, what?! I'll repeat it again! NO SEPERATE QUEUES FOR 3PV! 4 bug fixes, and one announced bug. BEST PATCH EVER! Oh, and all of you who said: '3PV won't affect you, there will be separate queues', well, screw you.

Mg's probably needed the tweak.

lbx will still not be very good. It is just unlikely until they get slug rounds into the fold somehow. Ill test it though.

Before you people freak out about streaks, TEST THEM. It might be too much. It might be not enough. It might be just right. This is one of those things we won't know without a lot of testing. My gut says they will at LEAST be useful against light mechs again.

I like the medium tweaks, we shall see if it helps usage.

Actual important question,

The Kintaro, Was its hit box fixed so its no longer a suicide box?

Garth, buddy, pal: Is there some really good reason that the GHOST HEAT tags were not just deleted from AC2s entirely? Because, well, at .52 seconds recycle time, with fast fire you can still trigger GHOST HEAT with a few AC2s.

I mean. Really now, this is just silly :D

Splitting the queue would literally divide the community and make it so that there are less people to play. Completely detrimental to the longevity of the game, which has been proven with games like Red Orchestra 2.

I fully expect a split queue to be patched in at some point by PGI.

Streaks @ 2.5 sounds really good, thank you. It's really cool that you realized the new homing pattern (which is great) makes them scatter a great deal and distribute the damage.

Still would've hoped that you put SRM4s max before heat penalty number back to 4, not 3 like SRM6. With the SSRMs back in play, SRM4s wont be that popular anymore despite the scatter damage.

EDIT: I see that it's not possible to drop in 1PV only mode. Fail.

Which pretends that they have been clearly visible / distinguishable up to now ... :D better not return to "normal functionality", please, but instead fix it.

As for 3PV .. well .... thanks for that long awaited main feature. Better this than fixing the hit registration bug, of course.

And all those new players who will play in 3rd person by default. and likely won't even know how to swtich camera view, due to a distinct lack of tutorial....

That's not a real "fix". It's a terrible workaround and yes "Fast Fire" screws with this.
