not sure how to help but check that you have direct x 9.0c installed try running dxdiag off the start button.see if you have the right .NET installed not sure which.you need to give more info.did the game ever run but a patch messed you up?the more info you give will help smarter guys than me help you.

Actually I got help off of reddit. Turns out It was just the fact I needed the lastest drivers for my video card. It runs super smooth and perfect now that I got that taken care of. Thanks for takeing the time to respond though!
