Ah, the memories, they came flooding back like a rain of nightmarish LRMs in a terminal straight-down dive onto my head, and the laughter rolled through me like a Dragon with a football helmet... HILARIOUS! Love it. If anyone makes these that's great but whether or not they do I'm bookmarking this thread with the plans that if I ever put together a MW outfit, these will be the medals and ribbons I use. Thanks Alistair!
I would really love to see that!

Allistair, How did you design these? what program did you use...etc.
The clean-looking ones were made in Microsoft Paint. The fancy-looking ones were made with Microsoft PhotoDraw 2, which is an outdated, buggy piece of {Scrap} software for people who don't have the patience to learn, the money to buy, or the conscience to illegally download Adobe Photoshop. (And don't get me started on GIMP. It makes Linux look user friendly)
As for inspiration, I just had a quick browse on Wikipedia and got plenty of help from guys in this thread

So not meaning to be either stupid of cheeky I can just grab the medals I have "qualified" for from the OP? Yes/no?
I had been wondering where some of these awesome ribbons I had been seeing in Sigs were coming from now I know....

Haha, yeah, you won't actually be awarded any medals like Luke Skywalker after blowing up the deathstar, I'm afraid. There's no ceremony. Just download the ones you like, copy-paste them in some kind of editing program and make yourself a signature.
Or just use one of the pictures in the first post as your signature.
