I have a mastered victor dragon slayer (so with speed tweak), and a std 300 engine. Game specs say 60.7 speed. With tweak should be 66.7. Why wouldn't this work?
This is running on flat ground.
Edit: Nevermind. This only happend in training grounds. It's fine in actual games.

it doesn't show in the spec's, it'll show in-game when you got max speed.

Yeah, training ground and bonuses are still a known issue.
