I'm going to start playing Command and Conquer 3 with my little brother's friends online.

Problem is I have very little skill or experience with RTS games. Any tips guys?

So a few weeks ago I bought a second intro box set for Battletech right? Well the spider and enforcer were damaged... So I contacted catalyst game labs asking for the replacements of these mechs. I got home today and geuss what was in my mailbox, they sent me another whole box set's worth of mechs including the two premium mechs! I think theyre my favorite game company now.

Last C&C game I played was tiberian sun.

Cannot give much help - since (like fighting games) the advice for one is frequently suicide in another.

In my experience it is usually whoever can keep his opponent from progressing faster though.

Which is irritating, because I love doing the upgrades

As high quality as GW's minis are, I can't help but feel like they're the EA of Mini Gaming.

They sell a popular product but they completely overcharge for it because they know for a fact that people will still buy it no matter what the price is, so wa-la! Now a single, 4 inch tall robot model costs $50.

Yeah, though I hear their paint is somewhat decent. I bet 3D printing will soon be the end of GW, soon you'll be able to print out a mini cheaper than GW can offer them.

But it would also be bad news for the other table top companies.

I never have and never will buy anything from GW, because seriously. I'd rather spend that money on paintballs.

There would probably be a law implemented that makes it illegal to 3D print anything that proxys a company's products too much.

Now if I had my own minis company and that became a serious issue, I would put plans up for sale on my website that would allow people to buy my original sculpts for the minis for my game. That way, you can 3D print all the minis you want after you buy the plans - but you still need to buy the plans from me.

My PS3 crashed.

System is fine, but...

Almost 60gigs of old PS1 and PS2 games that I now need to re-download.
Not to mention all the updates for games like MGS4.
