PGI don't own the internet. MD5 encryption checks could be due to a poor net connection anywhere along the route.

How about because they claimed they could do it? How about they kept making promises they knew they couldnt keep? These expectations didnt come from nowhere you know. Since open beta we where told that big features are right around the corner and that we will get all the information in the "next 60 days"

Aparantly 60 days means a year in PGI speak because a year has passed and we still know absolutely nothing about either community warfare nor UI. 2 besides some concept screenshots.

Kewl, new info.

Wish the hanging ornament you get from playing the matches would actually do something. I mean, I'm gonna play 24 matches anyways, but still, would be nice.

As i said on Facebook, courageous PGI, courageous.
I wish you, that this game will survive, because i still want to play it, but as you can see on your shiny statistics, i am not really playing for a few weeks now, and i don't really think i wil...
Your "launch" is basically removing your own, biggest defence shield: the "this is still in beta"-excuse.

Just A question:
In the linked trailer video, there are approxiomately 20 Mechs on the hill... does this mean that 12v12 will soon be stacked up?

For reference: check the trailer at second 28-32 and count the mechs. I see 20.

No chance, the video was made 3rd party by Celestial; meaning that footage was made during a scripted drop.

Free launch camos&colors, discounts on all mechs, UI 2.0, CW stage 1, actually cool premium benefits, new mechs, new maps, CBill buffs, and a completely new game mode not involving standing minutes in a square doing nothing! Good job, guys, keep up the good work!!! :P

Quiet good but were are the huge differences to yesterday (in features)?

BTW the launch trailer is a little bit strange as in more than one scene, there are coming approx 20 mechs over the hill to attack. We can't play in games with more than 12 mechs ...

Is this a foresight of even bigger mech battles than 12 vs 12?

I am very disappointed. I haven't played since late August... been looking forward to this patch, but nothing at all.

Then I read that they are going to look at launching UI2 next YEAR? They may have mis-phrased it, but didn't they say something as early as last month that they are going to launch UI2 and other updates over the next few (read, three) months?

Geez. I'm not even logging in. If you need me, I'll be playing GTA-V.

Congratulations, PGI! You have finally lived up to expectations and launched a completely unfinished game! You should be so proud!

C'mon PGI, leave the YouTube launch video alone and let us players leave all of of those glowing comments about how great this game really plays with all of that fantastic new content, new user interface, new maps, Community Warfare, and all the great new game modes that you have put into the game now that it has officially launched!

Oh, wait...sorry... WHEN you actually launch a viable MW game PGI, please let me know.

I love how everyone is complaining about the lackluster launch like MWO is the only game to ever do that. Clearly there are no Neverwinter players here, or they'd know that Neverwinter did that too. It's becoming a trend for MMOs to not really do anything special for launch now apparently, so we should probably get used to this unless the game is a p2p game.

wow what a release. a friend started yesterday and I had to apologize for the U.I. and told him Tommorow 12x times till he say shut up i got it. and now this big joke.

damn, right now there is no alternative , mwo is the game that sticks most to mw universe, but you pgi guys suck. all the promises. all the time and the money, where is it? i wished you would have to show us your expenses. GET SOME MORE DEVS, U SHOULD HAVE THE MONEY. DONT WASTE MONEY FOR ADVERTISEMENT, USE IT TO MAKE YOUR GAME BETTER SO IT ADVERTISES ITSELF BY ITS REPUTATION
