Today is September 11th. I thought it fitting to remember those who lost their lives in 2001 during the attacks against our country. Rest in Peace and God Bless your families on this anniversary.

Remember the lives lost, but also the lives spared during this aweful tragedy. On this day my brother, who works servicing equipment for Xerox in lower Manhattan actually had to fill in for his counterpart who was out sick in the Upper East Side. We were spared our own family tragedy as a result and I call him every year on this day to let him know how thankful I am for his buddy.

Have a beautiful morning cherishing our freedom and those who sacrafice their lives for it. o7

It's weird thinking that happened 13 years ago. Kids in 6th grade now weren't alive then.

It is, isn't it? I still remember where I was and what I was doing at the precise moment it occurred, but there are a lot of kids now that won't think much of it. It's really quite sad and disappointing.
