Try clearing your web cache via Internet Explorer (even if you never use it, it still does some legwork for applications in the background) and try again. If it still doesn't work I'd suggest writing support.

I can win a 1v1 Light Mech dual against many t2 and t3 players in my unit, and am acknowledged as one of the best light pilots in the unit (of about 180 people),
when I was first allowed to see my PSR I found I was upper edge of t5, a few matches running the boring meta TDR-5SS was enough to move me into T4, so if you want to go to a higher tier play a high damage Mech and play selfishly, just go for kills and damage do not worry about playing to help the team, if you are after teamwork settle for a lower tier

Given the options, I believe I'll settle for the lower Tier and teamwork and just keep playing my less optimized but fun builds and just get good with them. Was just making sure there wasn't some terrible side effect of sliding down in ranks.

If you enjoy running quirky builds and making things hard for yourself, welcome to tier 4 and 5, make yourself at home.

If I buy the 6MM cbill module.. will I have to buy it again once I unlock Advanced.. or does the module work for either skill level unlock?

The odd thing I notice is only my cbill purchased mechs are tracked, my two loyalty mechs have ever shown up in my stats... known issue?

They will appear as their non-(L) version for their stats. For example, the King Crab (L) is the KGC-000(L). It's stats will appear with the KGC-000 stat line. They are the same variant, just the (L) has different geometry and camo. Just as it is the same for the (C) Champion mechs.
I hope this is helpful.

purchased chassis are listed and included which is unfortunate as I play my (L) variants a lot. I literally have only four stat lines instead of six (the two missing are any form of the (L) variants). On all the tabs too... even pilot modules (I've not equipped modules in the non-(L) mechs yet and weapon stats are low by the hours I've been driving the loyalty mechs.)
Anyway, thought I'd check and see if it was just me... sounds like it is. I'll drop a note to support and maybe they can tweak my account

Thanks!

As far as I last knew, you still will have to unlock the module skill before you can use those modules. But, when you do, you will already have those modules purchased and ready to be used.
So, yes. You will own the physical (digital) module, but it will still be locked unless you unlocked their skill to be used. (Last I knew.)
