If you order a pack (like Wave3 Ebon Jaguar) you get all early rewards for this pack for this time.
Any upgrade will be additional "on top".

You wont lose anything, but you might not get all early rewards for the added package (like extra camos or 4th variants in some package are restricted to certain early month).

there is however an exception, if you want the 4th Mech variant you must order before the cutoff, with Clan wave 3 it was clearly stated you only get the 4th variant of Mechs you ordered before the cutoff for that reward, so e.g. I purchased the Cauldron Born pack before the cutoff, if I now upgrade to the executioner I would only get 3 variants of the executioner but 4 variants of the other 3 chassis all of which were ordered before the deadline

as the majority of players are not reporting those problems, I suspect this is a problem with your PC or network connection.

I suggest asking for help in the workarounds section or emailing support@mwomercs.com and explaining your problems so they can try to help.

This isn't until 3055. We're in 3050-3051 in our current timeline.

Always available, never go on sale (at least so far).

Do you get a bonus for narcing targets?

Yes, the TAG/Narc bonus applies. It is both a c-bill and a mech xp bonus.

However, you only get the bonus when the narc is used by an lrm carrier or streak carrier. However, you can also narc and then give yourself a bonus if you have the appropriate missiles

What Mailin went was that just NARC'ing someone does not immediately give you the bonus. Your allies need to hit that target with LRMs, for you to get the bonus.

My commando is struggling to fit stuff, I got narc and ecm on it and can just have fit a 2 streak with half a ton of ammo for it.

It's a commando, the NARC is too much with all of the other stuff. You also do need Endo Steel. Maybe even FF. Thought with an XL engine, I doubt you can get FF.
