When I buy the founders do I now have to wait till Aug. 7 to be able to play or is that just for the benefits?
When is the final stats reset for the game? After this closed beta, after the Founders Beta, or something else entirely?
Looking forward to the end of the summer, unless Christmas comes early and I get a key! =D

I do have a question, and I am sure you have taken this under consideration, but there are MANY Windows XP users out there still), Your min specs say Vista 32. Many BT fans and othe will not be able to join the fun with out a new OS (or pc).
Any chance of looking at this deeper?

Hell with that logic, why dont you install a Linux based OS on your computer then.....??
And mainly the reason why we are recommending an upgrade for XP users is that future games will not support DX9 any longer. You're only hurting yourself (that is if you want to game in the future).

For those who view this as a set back, or the beginning of perpetual setbacks and delays... well it is although minor. However, my advice to those of you eagerly awaiting for Mech-on-Mech destruction and had the expectation that such endo-steel destruction would take place in July... be patient.
The beta to launch process is difficult and not a perfect science. Each piece has to be placed perfectly not only so that the current stage is complete, but also so that it will not effect the next stage. If any of you had the opportunity to beta test Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, we know how that went. Losing 40% of your initial membership in the first week of launch due to setting high and false expectations is detrimental to the viability of a new title.
If you beta tested Pirates of the Burning Sea you know that it had many delays, setbacks and a rough launch. As too did the recent Diablo III (not being able to login due to server overload was fun).
So again, patience and trust in Piranha will be worth it. There are fantastic things coming.
However, in all fairness Mr. Russ Bullock i have a question for you. For those of us that have been through this process many times before, how long will the Founder's Pack offer remain? I myself would like to see a bit more progress and updates before I willingly purchase the $60 pack.
