I stated this also in another post. Happens in Tormaline Dessert (think that is the map with the giant crystals, and the stargate). Crystals block a lot of shots, especially from arm mounted weapons. However, I see the splash from blockage, lets say a ERPPC, but the mech I aim at shows a hit in damage, and the hit reticle turns red to show a hit. Happens with Gauss as well. I think this is causing some of the ghost damage complaints. Server registers a hit, damage shows up, player never gets the sound of being hit and wonders where the damage came from.

Just a thought. Very repeatable in the map mentioned if support/devs want to look in to it.

This happened to me yesterday also. It was not your normal HSR bug, I was well behind a massive object on Alpine in a light and boom my arm blew off. Then I ran to another spot a mountain and more objects in between me and the same mech and I was instantly one shotted in the back. The player was able to shoot through objects and blow through an entire armor panel and internals in one shot. No this never happened before and no there was no ammo explosion. Seems like a new exploit or else I haven't experienced such a thing after playing this game since early beta. Next time I see it will make sure to report the exact player.
