I have a feeling you just jumped on the "OMG SPIDER IS BORKED" bandwagon
Why?
Because you think spider has a issue with hitboxes.
Hitboxes are fine, the issue is hit registration itself.

While I do also believe it'***** detection that's the problem, the Spider's hitbox IS bugged. So is the Centurion's. You can see it in multiple threads on the forum and there's even videos proving it. Certain points on the chassis deflect fire completely and others redirect it to arms etc.

Any pics of the new EoR screen while we wait for the patch?

I don't think it's an actual new EoR screen, just the way the items are ordered in it are different.

I kinda want to see the new artillery/airstrike in action. That seems so weird to say...

This. People will have a REASON to fear the Locust because of the improved arty/airstrike.

Yes... but only for phoenix package owners. Everyone else only gets the locust.

I'm sure the original question was about why Garth put only Locust stats and not stats for ALL Phoenix mech variants.

I am disappointed that they buffed the engine size on the Commando. The thing that made the Locust worthwhile was it's speed advantage, and they've removed that before it ever even started.

I'm curious to see the hardpoints on the non-phoenix variants of the Shadowhawk, Thunderbolt, and Battlemaster, since those will be in the game as well -- just not for everyone.

Thanks for fixing spiders! You would never buff them without fixing them first, right?

Probably preparing UI2.0 for public test server, they said it would drop on the test server before moving to production.

The Phoenix Locust is the worst of the loadouts.... Common guys..... it should have been the 3m.....

But each Phoenix variant and the Founders variants are all the prime variant so they couldn't make an exception. Imagine all the Atlas guys would want theirs to be the D-DC.

Light Mech Tuning

    • Commando COM-1B, -1D, -3A:
      • Increased maximum engine size to 240
      • Increased turning rate by 10%
      • Increased maximum reverse speed to 75% of forward speed
    • Commando COM-TDK:
      • Increased maximum engine size to 240

So the turn/reverse rates... are they now better, worse or the same as TDK?

So do these now match the turn/reverse rates of TDK, or are they now better than TDK?

TDK was singled out, so I'm guessing no. The TDK is the only all energy commando though, and is pretty viable (for a commando).
