I wish I could help you guys, Running in dx11 since they released it and have had no issues at all. I wish I could tell you what the difference is. Maybe when I get home I will look at my settings and let you know what they are. My framerate is almost the same as DX9 not quite but close enouh I do not care.

What hardware are you running? I've heard the theory that last gen hardware (GTX 600 series GPUs, ect) runs MWO better because the programming supports it better.

Incorrect i'm afraid, i'm running an Nvidia GTX 650 and still get framerate issues in DX11.

I ran the Repair Tool and once the shaders recompiled, there was much improvement. Also turn off AA.
