Lights Need To Be Nerfed

just as the title says , lights need to be nerfed in a huge way .nothing more to add really .

so do you think lights are ok the way they are ?they are supposed to be scouts , light armour , cant take a hit .....................but in this game they are unbeatable , unless its 5v1

well reading most topics on this 90 % of people agree with me , but looks like nothing will happen , just delete the thead no point , all the cry baby light pilots will get there way

No, you just really can't play for squat.... but why dont you provide canon documentation and or original BT documentation that says lights are supposed to be scouts and can't 'take a hit'.

Meanwhile I will point out Sarna docs referring to certain light mechs as rear strike force, strikers and guerillas fighters.

There are lies, damn lies and statistics.

I don't see ninety percent of the forum participants agreeing on nerfing lights. I see the same few vocal people asking for it.

got to love the ****** come backs , "you cant play for squat" ............... I can play , but you must be a ****** light {Noble MechWarrior} , so nothing I can say will do any good .so do you think light are balanced ?

well after doing a lot of reading , I see its not the lights scouts fault , there are a lot of underlining issues which help the lights pull off all the bs stuff . more research is needed .

Lights are fine.

But like pretty much everything else, just don't ever get caught by yourself if you don't know how to fight them.

Is it annoying to get swarmed by a pack of lights? Absolutely.

But I can attest to the fact that it's just as f*cking annoying getting one-shotted in light.

The same hit detection which affects the heavies and assaults.

Don't use SRMs on lights, use SSRMs, they'll go down.

If you can aim, use big guns. Since I can't aim well I use lasers, and it pretty much guarantees damage.

They in no way need a nerf.

So what you are saying is this thread is invalid? You admit you posted without doing research, you also made up some BS claiming that 90% of the people agree with you that lights should be nerfed, and you insulted some people to boot.... All within 45 minutes.

as I said , after doing some more reading , its clear , its not the lights , but game mechanics , it also does help im in Australia , with a ping of 250 ms all the time another problem is , most mechs cant track lights fast enough , the lights will circle jerk you to death and theres not a dam thing you can do about it , and most of the time they will sit in your blind spot so they wont show up of friendly radar

most people do agree with me , there a huge amount of threads about it .....like a care about rep on the forum , I have a life .

Your crazy only light that is a problem really is the spider which just needs its HSR fixed so it takes damage. If anything the mediums-heavies-assaults need a maneuverability buff then lights can be hit and killed within reason.

This jumping, annoying, hard to hit light that can boat streaks would be an awesome addition to the game.
