Minimum heat sinks need to go. They take up room that is never used for heat dispersion on two of the models. (Depending on build.)
SHS are so useless, you cant even manage the heat of a single ERLL on desert maps. With 11SHS.
Pinpoint accuracy is damning. Weapons need to fire based on their mounting, not all converge on a dime. The problem is also present for larger mechs, it is simply more obvious when every part is a one-hit kills against most mechs with 20+ instant FP. (ppcs, autocannons.)
Hitboxes are beyond botched for the SDR. Especailly with such a close viewpoint of what is happening, it is more obvious than ever that the spider does not take damage correctly from lasers.
Locust leg hitboxes are excessively large for their actual size.
Light leg damage from terrain/falling is way too high. Most of the time, I find myself down 3-4 points just from moving about. These mechs are designed for this wear and tear, you cant cause such a massive downside for playing lights when they are already so vulnerable to contact damage and general damage.
