So I think I already used one of my medallions from the Phoenix Mech package (on My Yen-Low-Wang no less...LOVE that mech!)

Anyhoo...I see now there are halloween cockpit items for sale.

Lets say I wanted to change from my Medallion to a pumpkin (currently on sale)
Will I lose the Medallion from the Phoenix Mech Package?
I dont want to have to buy it again

You don't lose it, it simply becomes an unequipped item.

Yeah, it goes back into inventory like any other cockpit item or piece of equipment.

The issue, of course, is finding it after. Once you get 78 mechs you'll know what I mean. Finding them can be such a pain.

This... I've only got 50 some odd mechs now (and holy {Scrap}, does it ever take a long time to load the mechlab after a fight!) but I'm constantly losing stuff throughout my mechs. I use them all, see, try to clear off as many X2's as I can. But engines, modules, cockpit items... They all just vanish

I don't have to wait long. But it's so easy to misplace parts.

thats great news thanks.

Next question....

Is there a way to rearrange the order of the mechs in your mechlab, or will there be?
Currently it seems the mechs in my lab are listed in a chronological order (unless I sold a mech to buy another).
I like the idea of 4 mechs having easy access but I want to rearrange the entire mechlab.

The ability to sort 'Mechs will come with U.I. 2.0, whenever they get around to releasing it. Plus, you'll be able to configure weapon groups before you ever get into a match.

For a preview, click here. Also shows a new map.

Unfortunately you have to wait for UI 2.0. The current UI is basically a place holder interface (and they admit it's not very good).

Fortunately, UI 2.0 is supposed to be a *significant* improvement. Might see it in a month or so if things go well.

It would also be cool to have a feature that automatically loads Cool Shot 6's every battle.

Very tedious having to go back into the mechlab/loadout/modules just to load up some cool shot

I'm late to respond to this, but this is also an upcoming feature. It will automatically reload consumables.
I imagine this will suck once you buy an MC consumable to use it and then it automatically buys another.. ;)

^ also a UI2.0 feature. There're a lot of things we're waiting on UI2.0 for.

It would also be cool, if you could laser incoming missiles out of the sky, or across the level.
If a small caliber ams machine gun can intercept incoming lrms, why cant a large laser?

Overpowered? Firing lasers not only generates heat, but gives away position.

My guess is it will be limited to reloads only.
