There will always be trolls. Hundreds of posts, thousands of people agree. Now I can kill them too but there is a reason why the are almost always the last mech alive on the battle field. They dont take alot of damage. Most of the time you have to leg them before you can actually kill them.

This is correct, don't waste time on anything besides their legs, as a Jenner pilot I run around legging lights, I don't even bother with them after they lose a leg, I let the team get the kill unless I am the only one around. It's satisfying enough once the leg pops because you know the pilot is bracing for the alphas that are about to come, It's especially satisfying when you do it to Spiders.

You're using lasers and machine guns. These are absolutely terrible for killing lights.

Lasers are still fine for killing lights as long as you only target the legs, but ballistics/streaks are much better.
I just find pin-point damage to be much better, because while you can't always pick the spot you want to hit on a light, 30 damage to a single location is likely to remove the location entirely. And yes, I do like to aim low

Just shot a Spider worth 36 damage straight in the face as he was moving point blank range in front of me backwards. He did not even flinch! FFS! Did not even bother to evade as he knew he would kill my Thunderbolt faster than I could him. Very close to **** this POS called MWO. Good, got that out of my system..

Next time shoot a leg instead of his face and you won't have to rage on the forums. Spider's CT can be very hard to hit even when they are stationary, but the legs are quite easy to hit if the mech is stationary and facing you.

the only people defending the spider , are spider pilots who are exploiting the mech .
