Yeah you could use that instead. But dont forget the title is not the original one. And ontop of that there are actually 2 texts that are called the Art of War. 孫子兵法 the book from Sūnzǐ and Dell'arte della guerra from Niccolò Machiavelli. Both are interesting text but in general yeah they are handbooks to "How to get stuff done". On the other hand over specialization is a common problem we encounter more and more in our society, the guys that stay less focused are needed to connect different fields together if you are over specialized you have a hard time to see benefical connections between your field and some one elses field of expertise. We need again polyhistors/polymath that connect our fields of knowledge once more.

There's a converse that I learned in the Navy that I assume applies here as well, "A whiny sailor [grunt] is a happy sailor [grunt]." The idea being that the troops will find something to complain about until things get really, really bad...then they'll put their heads down and quietly power through, so if you haven't heard them complaining about anything for a while, you damned well better find out what's going wrong.

Your stomach needs to produce a new layer of mucus every two weeks or it would digest itself.

My favorite platforms for the autocannons are my trusty old JM6-S Jagermech and my Ilya Muromets.
And I actually have a Highlander that I like pretty well for my LRM boat...I've used the jump jets more than a couple times to get myself airborne to lob missiles over a terrain feature that otherwise would have eaten a good portion of my salvo.
