Yeah, markedly worse is an understatement.

They should at least change the missile animation or something so that my mechs can be firing puppies and rainbows at opponents. Then it would be at least fun to look at even though they'd still be doing no damage at the moment.

Glad to see there are some fixes, and with a month normally having two patches, seeing a 3rd patch this month is even better.

Looking forward to the big changes coming "very soon".

Has the Founder's Atlas been updated yet to match the weapon customization of the regular atlases yet? I might have missed it.

Yeah, such a small patch. I mean, it'd be much better to suffer for weeks and just wait for the major patches rather than push out smaller, quicker patches to fix issues.</sarcasm>

The reality is there will never be 100% satisfaction across the user base. So, keep the patches coming PGI...and maybe start locking patch note threads...let people rant somewhere else (yes, I know that would include me).

I had a "Derp meets Derp" game last night.

My 2D2 is currently running 3xSRM6, 1xSRM4 and two MLs. That's a 22 SRM salvo. Sometimes, it is a glorious thing. An Atlas with his back turned to me is like Christmas!

I trapped a Spider in a dead-end on Crimson Strait and proceeded to put SIX alpha strikes into it. SRM hit detection, meet Spider hitboxes.

The Spider walked away. I died to backsplash from my own missiles and another Spider with 4 MGs...

I was less than professional on open chat after that. Apologies to everyone in that match.

Good patch. It was always going to be a bit of a "filler" patch between actual content releases, and I'm surprised that some people seem to have been expecting otherwise. But the timer reduction is a solid improvement for the game and shouldn't be overlooked.

I actually like Caustic Valley, and never drop on the damn thing, so I'm glad I'll actually get it again.

Minor bugfixes. Hopefully next week's patch has some content, too.

(also would like weapon models on my Dragons plzkthx)

Glad about the fixes, not so much about Caustic Valley. But hey, more experience with hot maps is a good thing.

Thats what people said about founders. "Founders are investors and have a reason to complain." i.e. entitled to complain. I didnt buy the Phoenix pack. Correct. Buying the pack wont make MWO develop any faster.
