Those are not just era digests, they add and change things that were not and now are. Sorry, not biting there. We already knew the names of our founders, did you not read Clan Wolf, Clan Jade Falcon, Invading Clans, Field Manual:Crusader Clans, Field Manual: Warden Clans? Those had all of that info. The Golden Century is just no, and when you compare all that with what they have planned for us "Wars of Reaving" and what not, I just stopped listening.

It did not have the names of all the founders. I challenge you to prove that point.
Why is the Golden Century just no?

Because of things I know that I cannot share, as of yet.

Also cannot just yet, at work. Send me a PM to remind me so I can get back to you on that.

in which way? ^_^

as for Amarus, I wholeheartedly agree. The Jihad was some of the dumbest writing i've seen come to battletech:
A comstar subfaction pulls an army out of its *** and does what the clan invasion couldnt?!
the clans are sidelined and sit around doing nothing for 15 years?
republic of the sphere ...are we serious!?
ugh

.... supposedly role playing clan characters, then who are these said characters? True clan warriors would not engage with surats over the chatterweb, they have more important things to do. Find me the source where it says that part of the day-to-day of a clan warrior in a prestigious frontline regiment is logging on to the chatterweb to check out the new video game about their life (a mechwarrior)....

A Clansman got deep inside and hurt you once hu? So sorry princess.

so either accept that your character is the one above, or stop the roleplaying. Save the roleplaying for when there's an actual game to roleplay for.

some lame quip

the really sad thing is, i really want this thread to die; it served its purpose. Notice how
everyone backed off now that you have a place to rp?
every now and then some slow-poke finally gets to reading this and dredging it up thinking that
their post two weeks after the fact mean anything to a situation thats been resolved.

At the end of the day, the hilarious thing is we successfully got Jaroth to RP in the clan thread,
havent seen him post IC anywhere near the General Discussion, I'm glad he quickly
listened to sage advice ;)

THis has moved a little out of clan discussion and into the hilariously bizarre. Moving topic to Jettisoned Communication.

Ohhhhhhhh-k. Sorry I was late to the party, but since you started it I thought I'd have a bit o' fun at your expense. Must of hit a cord cause you jumped in and responded.

As for the situation being resolved; there never was one. Just in your narrow mind. But hey, you got to +2 your post count on the fact that you wined about this thread being responded to and then begging for it to be closed.

Alas, all is for naught until we have a virtual battlefield to settle such matters on ^_^

(that said, I go for an option not named: 'they are clanners who are skilled enough to post in the forums via mobile device while piloting a battlemech)

I love it, MechWarrior Linkin. Let the freebirth scum learn to fear the Clan ability to destroy their opponents while communicating through the HPG network to other clanners.

Wow, what a topic. As innersphere, we are blood relations to the clans, though of course, that is disgusting to them, and means nothing. The clan mentality is simple, that is why there are so many fans.
In clan society, all mechs, weoponry, upgrades are at hand because all of there society/clan is subject to their bloodnamed.
Nice work if you can get it. too bad that simulation of sibko is not a part of online clan gaming..too few would make it through though.

their weaponry is Superior, a reason they kicked but, we all know that!

You need to be a better pilot to do your battle 100's of meters closer.
"Wolf's Dragoons" perfect marriage of clan and innersphere. right?

Innersphere, is a messed up community of various worlds, compacts, politica, and profiteers. Embattled, embittered, hopeful, hurtfull, this is my family, this is my home(away from home). thanks uncle danno

Plodder, I agree with you when you use that description for the crusaders, and Jaroth, Aaron, I was about to try to get you both to back off, but it seems like it has calmed down, so thank you. Now plodder, don't make me get out my Timber Wolf and launch a trial of grievance against you, the Wolves were actually treating you guys quite nice after we took over your worlds, to protect you from the crusaders, namely Jade Chicken, or Smoke Kitty. Personally I am a Dragoon, though I will say my roots are from Clan Wolf, maybe I'll see you in the field, with you or against you, either way, is fine with me.

Well yes the wolfs seemed to have been non- crusader , though that was a close thing in their ranks, right? Also there was an influence by a captured freebirth as i remember.I have the highest regards for jamie and his honorable yet paid warriors

P.S. Battle, you mean this may be going somewhere????? I look to the day when we will frolic with mayhem and firepower, dancing the jig/jag smash and grab, hoping to best the other...oh yeah!!! bagpipes, what bagpipes? Oh yeah
