Already have latest (not beta) nVidia drivers. I included my dxdiag on my post earlier.

Selected the resolution of 1280x960 fullscreen, lauches the game in a square of that resolution smaller than my screen size (doesn't upscale). And after returning to the client's launcher, it has its aspect ratio completely altered.

I got this on latest Nvidia 331.65 drivers on my 2nd game, although was fine after this. Will follow up with more details later.

    • Can Not Change Resolution

      Followed instruction from a couple IGP/PGI employees to reboot game and check permissions; no dice.
    • Mechs clipping off screen

      Crimson Strait, standing at north entrance of tunnel under the platform. Enemy 250m~ into the tunnel pops on and off of the screen.
I'm done testing already, I can't really experience anything with the resolution issue.

Graphics still don't seem to be as good as they were in early closed Beta. The shaders aren't as good and you have removed some of the effects. What happened to accurate reflections in the water-i.e. Laser beams. Now its just a less detailed "splash" of light.

I've found a VERY strange bug in the public DX 11 test today. When the game starts a drop--i.e. goes to the loading screen, my screen goes completely black. Alt-tabbing, ctrl-alt deleting, none of that will get me video back. The game will even start and the screen will stay black. The only way to fix it is to completely power-cycle my monitor. That means I have to turn it off, then turn it back on again to get video.

I have no idea what is causing this but it is an interesting and annoying bug.

Specs:
3770k
670 GTX
16 gigs RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

I don't have this problem in the regular game but of course, it isn't DX 11 either. It happens every game.

MSAA + heatvision dont play nice.

edit: maybe there's a conflict with heatvision and msaa, had no time to test.

gtx470, win7, 331.40 driver

edit2: guess it is. (a conflict between msaa and heatvision.) It works fine with msaa off, doesnt work with it on.

Load times are much longer. (to be expected)
Some flickering at match beginning.
Random screen freezes, happens about once every 30 seconds.
1 crash in 4 games played, when returning to mechlab after the match it froze on a black screen, had to manually end task (not responding.)
FPS on forest colony snow down to 30 from 60 on DX9.
FPS stable at 60 on the new map.

System specs:
I7 3rd gen
16gb Crucial Gaming RAM.
Nvidia 660gtx 2gb DDR5
Kingston 128gb SD HDD
Intel Extreme series motherboard

Running 1980X1020 AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series Software driver 13.20.16-130926a-163066E-ATI
1. Sound Not right (IE no foot steps)
2. I can run TXAA BUT FPS are 5-10, Long Start up
4. MSAA ,a Little longer to Start Up 10-15FPS
5. PostAA 30 FPS
6. Anti-Aliasing Off 30FPS looks the same as PostAA

Everything set to veryHigh

I managed to change the resolution setting manually by adding the missing strings to the 'attributes' file.

Added - works pretty fine. A minor loss in FPS.

Well...if I cant choose resolution..and I am stuck in full window, I will go ahead and call this fail. How can you not have those options enabled for Windows 8 and 8.1?

Apparently the resolution options are broken for full window mode if you switch to fullscreen they should work ok.

It's a public test realm. They cannot possibly have everyone's setup and iterations of machinery in their office. This is why they are asking for as much information as possible.

I've tried fullscreen, windowed, and full windowed, and still can't change the resolution. It's just a blank box.
