LRMs aren't "op"
ECM isn't "op"
99.999999% of the game doesn't "need to be" removed for "balance"
The "grind" isn't too much

Energy boats are far from "useless" (Just ask the 3 kills 5 assists, 843 damage Stalker I helped crush a team with a few mins ago)
How do I know all of those above statements to be true? Well because I have personally disproven each and every one of them. Not by typing this all out. Not by moaning and groaning on the forums (please note, there's a huge difference between "waaaaaah, I got killed cuz my 1337 skillz were overcome by some boogey monster" and "Hey PGI, this is a bit unbalanced because when player A shoots an LRM20 they all target me head") but by dropping in games and deliberately going out of my way to beat every single "op" and use every single "up" feature in the game.
Successfully.
That? That's truth. That's data. That's unbiased statistical data.
Do we see the difference people?

Why do we need to level up 3 chassis anyway? LRMs are already useless weapons unless you plan, as a team, to run four chassis with 40-60 missile volleys apiece.
Then they can be somewhat effective if everyone is coordinated and has a decent idea of what they are doing.

wrong, the flood is a Cat A1 with 6 LRM 5'S. 10's and 15's over heat the mech too quickly to adequately 'flood'. So I'm guessing you're a jump sniper and don't care for the only response to the jump sniping that is killing the game rapidly? Your going see probably:
Longer reload time
Reduction of the missile curve angle
Reduction of the curve angle when a Light has a target lock on you.
Increased spread pattern during indirect fire
Powering down will only has a 50% percent chance of breaking the missile lock in short the missiles might remember were you are..
This will bring short to medium cover back into play LRM will need more direct line of sight to do any real damage. Powering down will not be a abused way of breaking a LRM lock.
I posted this vid before in LRM post because it gives you a good example of how broken the missile mechanics have gotten.

i also have improved Gyro and guess what, it has no effect on lrms.

Never mind that up until the PP sale I had no extra mechs, hadn't used any of my premium time (still haven't by the way), and played through the exact same way a free player would have. Oh and I still have all my founder MC. So tell me again oh great and powerful Oz, just how does the fact that I'm a founder change the fact that I played as any other free player because I didn't use any of the bonuses I got as a founder? Please tell me more.
I'd expect this kind of response from an ignorant assumption though. LOL I bet you would sing a different tune if you didn't assume you know everyting about another player simply because they have forum badges. Just sayin
