I was running this build before I saw Phil drop in it, I was glad to see him use a build I enjoyed, and I'm pleased to see such an effective build appear as a Champion. What is there to complain about here?

There aren't that many effective configurations for the BJ-1. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the champion loadout.

This build wasn't really that special (heck, the legs should have max armor anyhow).

I ran 4 LLs before on the BJ-1. This is nothing compared to that. It's fine for what it is designed to do.

I would like to see the champions, at least one that wasnt an assault NOT have an XL engine.

I know its optimal for alot of mechs but part of that reason is because they build these mechs off of veteran players loadouts. They could have done the BJ-3 with a std engine and 6 mls or something similar.

Dear God. That loadout fits on my K2. What did you have to do to that poor BJ to fit enough heatsinks?

I currently have 2 ERLgLas and 1 LgLas on my BJ-1 and I'm loving it. I can't imagine where I would find the tonnage for another laser.

Also, there's the Catapult-A1© with 280STD.

Bingo, I figured out Flying AC20 with a couple of medium lasers pretty much right after I bought my BJ-1.

Sure. I like mine to overheat whenever you alpha the pop-gun array, it builds character.

hehe most impressive...

I would also challenge anyone with my BJ builds anytime which I have seen no one use... something I created... I am sure there are others with them... and i aplaud anyone who actually comes up with different and useful builds for themselves... as opposed to copiers etc...

flame on... :)

That's already an e-sport, just watch out for the Pay-To-Win model which is not strictly legal in all 50 states.
