Mmmm, the zone on dial-up, lag shooting with my 3ppc madcat, and shutting down with every other alpha. Good times.

Used to run around with NMO, New Mech Order.
Gwarsbane, ORGUSS, GOTH, Legen, Lord Evil, Moloch, were some of the old roster.

I played on the zone for Mech 3 and Mech 4, I dont recall doing any non zone stuff. I played VL and a little BZ with KE. I retired from Mech 4 before there was any Mektek involvement and I been around forever too, so its quite possible we winged before.

Zone was great. Too bad it had to close down (complaints were outrageous)

Due to black list delight we joined units that no one expected: (Jade Falcon in VL and Ristar Eagle Force in BZ) <--- fun times btw.

I played with the callsign MechBlaze in MW4. I fought with LA and CJF in NBT4. Wardance is also lurking around here somewhere and we plan to join a "Merc Corp". Any old LA or CJF folks around?

Played MW4 and Mercs as part of the Atlas Hunters clan, finting alongside likes of ~AH~Eagle and ~AH~Raven. Eagle passed away but we are keeping the AH up as a Merc unit in MWO in his memory. My callsign back then was ~AH~Hawk. We often organized matches in the zone with Shinto Warriors and VIctory's Valkyries.

WV_Wraith here. Khan of Clan Wolverine for almost 7 years. Good to see all these old gamers from the zone back on a forum someplace.. still talking smack.

I sure miss my old Daishi, but as luck would have it, an internet gaming cafe about 2 miles away from me has 6 mech pods that I occasionally go play with. Anyone else remember those?

I had so many screen names on the zone, bloodeagle,davekell in mw3 and the preacher davekell killerkell koreholio and a bunch of others in mw4 for when I got booted by zone+'s so i could come back hehe.

I used to play MW4: Vengeance, Patch 1.0 on the Zone. Not many people stayed back there, but that just encouraged a tighter community, and I'm hoping at least some of those people end up seeing this.
