Remember folks, it's entirely possible to put a shot between the arm and torso of a mech, or between it's legs. A lot of shots whiff like that.

Recently i play much with with a Blackjacand one Big Gun and that works most of the times - 80% i would say.
Light Mechs is a case by itself - Gauss + 3 ML into the Back of an immobile Locust should kill it...
PS: And today i play a few matches - 1 match i have to run away from a Locust, SHD and Battlemaster, hitting the SHD and BLR several times into the CT and have 15 damage on the Summary Screen.
Seems 1 Gauss hit landed and the rest + my ML did not count a single time.
Next match everything is back to normal...

Spiders and Jenners going under 90kph tend to have shots bouncing off like rubber rounds... my shots specifically.

Sadly, Russ said assets required to fix this glaring long time issue have put it "on the back burner," as the new features deadline is all they have time for.

Never is consistant.
Just last night I saw a doosey tho....
Was dead and spectating a guy, enemy ran up (was a ilya). Teammate im watching plants ac/20 + 4 ml into him..........I watch the doll......nothing at all happens............(when speccing you see what the server see's afaik so his shots SHOULD have registered 100% as they did not miss....none of them....)
This happened maybe 2 or 3 times until finally some dmg showed up. (all shots were basically point blank btw.....they basically stayed face to face about 20-40 metres away from each other hardly moving at all......)
Oh btw the ilya was dmging my teammate just fine which was pretty F'd up....

Yep usually i have little to no issues when it comes to hit registatrion but sometimes for some odd reason the Hit reg screws up badly for no apparent reason.
Yesterday i had a match where i consistently landed around 4-6 Ac/20 hits on 2x Different Cicadas and a couple on a Trebuchet supporting them but yet the hit didn't register properly...
I was lucky and teammates came right in time to save my sorry ***, ironically i was able to hit 2-3 hits on different mechs on that same match without issues.

It looks like it registered me firing and hitting mechs but didn't apply the damage to the enemy. This seems to be pretty uncommon though, usually when I have problems shots just don't register at all in brawls (4-5 alpha's in a row multiple times during a match) <200m and I end up with a fairly low damage score. I had a game where 30 rounds from 2 UAC 5's failed to register in a row against a centurion under 100m away while my medium lasers registered hits. Then I'll have a game where every shot hits and registers properly. Every weapon has issues for me, not just streaks.
I get different kinds of errors too:
No hit register at all (common);
Reticule goes red, target armour flashes, no real damage, low damage score (occasional);
Reticule goes red, target armour flashes, no real damage but I get a high damage score(rare);
Reticule goes red, target armour does not flash, no damage (rare);
A hit is registered and damage done even though my shot clearly went in front of the mech (rare);
A hit is registered and damage done even though my shot clearly went behind the mech (rare);
Note: I have a 310-320 ping. When HSR first came in it worked perfectly for me, I didn't have to lead targets at all. I could hit a light's leg at range consistently. Something went very wrong somewhere along the line.

it´s around 20 - 30%
sometimes it does not accoure, the next drop i have it for my half shoots

1) Weapons regularly show a hit from my view, but are a miss.
2) I regularly hit obstacles and see the hit terrain effect, but still have damage register on my target.
3) This last one really takes the cake... spiders flaunting hit reg issues. They don't even bother evading shots... they stand right infront of me and run straight forward and backward in my reticle, and I CANNOT DAMAGE THEM.
Something is very wrong right now with sycronization of weapons fire / convergence / visuals.
