Spider is far from nurfed. I expect the spider QQ to resume shortly.

Please look at how many kills and how many assist, not just the damage. I took out half the other side and helped with the remaining 6.

876/12 equals 73 points per mech I touched, I was taking them down fast as you said not just piecemeal them to death. I see the retort coming you just waited till they where hurt to kill them. Whatever!!! LBX-10's are ok as is. Most of my shots are CT, LT, RT.

This is EXACTLY, what im talking about....

No offense or anything, but your story is baloney, utter make believe fantasy QQ...
that scenario... never happened, even against the worst possible pilots in MWO, a spider cant do that....

but hey, keep making up stories like that, perspective is reality right?, and if enough QQers agree then its a fact right? or at least it might aswell be, truth doesnt matter anyway, might makes right when it comes to the nerf bat...

Thats very telling, the best way to take out a spider, is to leg it... its shape/size make it hard to focus on the CT or a particular ST, ....leg then kill...

most pilots however, are not focusing on specific components though,.... in general.... most just aim at the CT, and thats it,.... sadly.

The patch wont effect how i kill spiders, ill still be focusing on legs first, but it helps all the bad pilots out there who are aiming for a spiders CT only.

So are you suggesting Spiders should be nerfed based on locusts?... haha....

What i want to know is, if you guys think the spiders survivability should be more in line with other lights... are you guys also in favor of increasing the firepower of spiders to be more in line with other lights aswell?....

Drop on Tourmaline with HGN 732, Spider fly my way i fire no hit register, then he run away and i fire again insta kill. But i start to notice after patch i have much trouble to make damage on fast mediums even if they don't move.

Not sure what has happend to Atlas but one died from LRMs that hit him in the head.

yes there should be some suggestions going through on how hardpoints should be handled to encourage more role warfare and less uber customs taking everyone else's jobs... has been mantioned many times over the last year so, we'll have to talk about it again along with specific pilot trees stuffz

It's the hits (hits, not shots) that don't register, and you never even knew were fired at you... because they didn't register, that are the problem. Not the ones that you did notice because they killed you. Is it really that hard to understand? Should I use smaller words?

You seem to think that pgi just does what its gamers tells them to do, im sure that the reason the spiders are being nerfed is because pgi saw a problem with them. Game makers don't just nerf or buff things because people tell them to, Im not saying that they dont take it in to consideration, but they most likely noticed something fishy with the numbers that backed up those with "fabricated/exaggerated QQ" and made a choice to do something about it.

instead of fixing a problem that isn't really there, how about teaching noobs who cant hit spiders how to aim ... maybe some tactical training for the concept of how to hit something that's running circles around you .... I hope one day we get the elementals, %90 of players will never hit one ...

So... going from being able to pop Spiders just fine, with slow-moving ballistics, to having a significantly large portion of my shots bounce with little or no damage is caused by my suddenly not knowing how to aim?

excellent,now we are not waisting programming time and getting to the core of the game problems,just fyi,we can see the shadows of enemy mechs behind buildings and the ship in river city and forest colony being reflected on the opposite side in the water...well done,,see you on the battelfield

You're a biased gamer, you just play the game. You can QQ that pgi took away your favorite toy, but at the end of the day the fact is, every little opinion you come up with is biased. You're not trying to make a game, you're just pulling a fit because something you once enjoyed playing is not as good as it once was. Pgi is trying to make a fair game, they obviously saw a problem, and whether this fixes it or not is really up to them. Please keep in mind that pgi has server side data and other things that we do not and telling them there wasnt anything wrong with the spiders, with something as subjective as a single player playing this game is just insanity. And if you can't see that then you're just being unreasonable.

Love the "being able to pop spiders just fine with slow moving ballistics" comment, lol....

but yea, its prob your aim.....

the "fix" is mainly for bad pilots... good pilots will aim for a spiders legs, then easily kill them.... or a good pilot isnt going to be having a unbelievable amount of issues hitting spiders..."bouncing bullets", "black holes", etc etc...

You know what im afraid of GOOD pilots, this "fix" is for all the bad pilots out there who just aim for the CT on every mech, its like a subtle ELO/handicap fix in disguise......

He's just a troll. There were many games a Spider ran upto me, stopped in front of my Ilya and brawled with me. So just maybe there was something wrong with that.
