Sale ended on Tuesday.

DS was on sale about a month ago (but HM was at the same time and got put back on sale, so not sure how much that matters).

We don't know about Christmas. Seems unlikely to me.

I have to say odd -- we had NO Xmas sale on any mech? If there is some to come Tuesday or so can a Dev post what is on the block? I was disappointed to see nothing special for Xmas in the lines of mech sales etc.. (Special half off MC day etc..) something.

They opted for the community event.

Personally, I prefer the community event to the sale if anything because its an event I can actually do while I'm on vacation from work.

This holiday season already had a huge series of sales that where in my opinion pretty phenomenal.

A currency sale, followed by a color sale, followed by a PHENOMENAL mech sale, followed by a kinda "under the radar" sale with the "thud" pattern / color sale.

I'm sure the sales will start up again in the new years. I'm not bothered by the lack of one this week, especially since the past few weeks of sales have already been pretty huge. Lets me Give my Wallet a break for once.

Unless I missed something, the last sale was from Dec. 17-20. That's nothing in the two-Tuesdays and now three-Fridays since.

I guess they figured they would easily make it up and then some with the clan collections. /snicker

No sale is interesting for sure. But something else that I've been wondering about Is that they used to show us the upcoming Hero a week in advance.. which was very nice. There must be a plausible reason for not showing us. Perhaps Its an uber surprise.

Im almost certain it's going to be a hero hunchback which I really want to see what they do for it since we have hunchbacks for everything except one with jumpjets or ecm

Why is it interesting or surprising that there was no sale this week? Weren't they on holidays?

The Hunchback is the last of the founder Mechs without a Hero, looking forward to it showing up.

They had a sale over the Thanksgiving holiday. There is no reason this can't be any different. It's not like the content isn't done already for it. They could do it remotely or even set it to do it automatically I am sure. Besides, it's not like NOBODY is home. People are working on this game every moment it is live, even if it is just server support.

They just need to "turn on" the sale prices and back off again when done. There is nothing for them to do for it. No. My money is one them thinking that if they run a sale now that they will somehow cannibalize the ala cart sales of the clan mechs. I'd bet money on it and it's just their line of thinking. Anybody falling for that is a doofus. Vote with your wallets and don't buy any clan mechs. I'm somewhat disappointed that many of my fellow clan mates have purchased it.
