Yes, I'm ranting because I did believe in this game as a canadian backing a canadian company and their original intent before they decided to screw over their player base and keep adding issues and not following through on their commitments, thanks in part by IGP and their greedy hands..

I don't mean to seem negative, but you'd definitely earn a lot more goodwill if you were to release UI2.0 and some early CW implementations before doing this. In fact, if you don't keep this sale open until after those begin to roll out, I suspect you're shooting yourselves in the foot.
To be clear, I mean this in the most sincerely constructive, cordial way possible. I'm not trying to rabble rouse.

Dogfight module set for early 2014, which will bring them up to MWO in terms of gameplay content.
Oh it was delayed? Did people whine about it? How about the ship costs are people whining about that too? A game that you've seen nothing off yet.
People will whine at that game just as they did with this one.

Yes, absolutely. I want the game that's been promised since day one. I want it to be reasonably bug-free (no game is ever 100%.) I want to have a solid grip on Community Warfare, and the ebb and flow of territory sovereignty, BEFORE the major game-changing event takes place. Clan Invasion is supposed to CHANGE things, not be the baseline. There are EIGHTY mechs already. Variety is not a problem in that regard. The game is unfinished and parts of it are kinda broken. Clan tech is going to bring us NEW weapons when we don't even have some of the old ones working right? It's going to bring us NEW mech models when large numbers of the old ones are irrelevant because they're just bad? They haven't balanced 80 mechs but approximately 120 mechs is supposed to just work? Yeah, 6 months after CW and UI 2.0 are done isn't too bad. THE PROBLEM IS, that six months from THEN should have been four months from NOW.

its not to late to redact that price? >.>
Could be like... "Oops! Our bad, meant to be $50" and actually not make it look like as bad of a money grab....
I could see paying $50 for a "gold" 'Mech. Still expensive. But at least it doesn't cost more than an 870. Or roughly the same as a Glock 17.

I know so inflated 10 dollars a mech is terrible... wait
$10 a 'Mech isn't bad for the 'Mechs you want. But it's not a very good deal for the 'Mechs you don't want. If you just want to rock the Warhawk, for instance, that isn't $10 a 'Mech (even if we go with your flawed assumption that a variant is an entirely new 'Mech. It isn't). It's $80 a 'Mech. Plus a bunch of 'Mechs you don't want and have no use for.

I dont' know why but I keep looking at those and laughing hysterically. It's just such a BAD concept.
It's so bad I want to buy a gold madcat load it up with TAG and NARCs and just run headfirst into the other team like a jackass just so people can point and laugh at it.
Those gold mechs will be hunted down with prejudice.

The mechs will be completely available, for regular cbills, months after the fact.
The big questions is how will clan and inner sphere mechs interact? Can I bring the clan mech in to fight for the Liao, for example? How will all of that work? It's awfully early to be announcing these. I'm not touching this until the explanations come out to the open.
Also I noticed the art. But it's hard to make it large enough to judge.
[Edit]
Okay so I found a way to get a slightly better look at the mechs.
Here's my rough size opinion based on their weight and the art, remembering that these need to fit a human pilot of the Crysis Nano-suit size. Note these are merely estimations based on what I see. Nothing more.
Now, here's my actual feedback on the sale itself.
PGI, given the way this is set up, I believe that the first four and the second four should be split into two separate groups.
Group one, Kitfox, Nova, Summoner, Dire Wolf. 120 for package.
Group two, Adder, Ryoken, Timber Wolf, Masakari. 120 for package.
Gets the same price, 240, for both. But in its current state, you have to pay 150 to get the group I titled group one, + a 35 ton mech. (Seriously?)
This lets players choose between two separate tiers to climb up, for example if I bought 60 dollars in to each of the two groups, I could have Kitfox and Nova + Adder and Ryoken. Or what if I wanted the Adder and Summoner? I could pay 90 into group one, and only 30 into group two.
Please split it into two tiers to climb.
