I know if I buy a Gold package I also get the entire clan package included.

What if I buy a second Gold mech/package?

Do I get another entire Clan package?

If you buy more than one gold mech the support staff will gift your extra package to a friend of your choosing.

I've got a big red X over the February bonus on my clans page and ( logging in to the game to verify ) no premium time on my account. I suppose I could have used it but forgotten about it, but that seems unlikely.

OK I have this same problem I bought a summoner a la carte ( I'm pretty sure they said that counted on the faq) but i still don't have my premium time.

That was posted back on Feb 11 and it's now March 22nd, waited over a month so I guess it's fair to bring this up now. <.<;

Anywho, we've only been given the prime variants hardpoints so far. When are we getting the others? I'm sure some people are holding off on buying till they see this information and they're losing out on monthly rewards.

Also, there's very little information on the Gold Khan mechs. Just that they are a gold skin and get a 30% c-bill bonus. Are they going to be a 4th mech of that type? So the prime and Khan would each have a 30% c-bill bonus then the 2 variants for a total of 4 mechs? Or is the prime going to be given a gold skin and you have 2 variants for 3 total mechs of that type? In the 4 mech case, would the Khan be it's own variant or a duplicate of one of the others(ex/2 primes, one gold and one not)? or would the skin be moveable to any of that type of mech it was purchased for and the skin gives them the 30% bonus?

They started the social rewards thing at the end of January, it is now almost the end of March and still have not even unlocked phase 1. Is PGI or IGP finally willing to admit they will not meet their sales goals for these packages at the current prices?

Mayhaps! I already bought the masakari pack, but I hope they lower the prices to make them more accessible to a far wider segment of their players. The prices are in the high-end range for sure and I belive they are missing out on volume which would mean more money in the end after all. The "production cost" remains the same for these items, regardless if they sell one or a million.

So they apparently added some premium time and a mech bay to the social rewards. So much for my hope of them admitting their entire pricing system is terrible and fixing that.

It's funny, in several similar situations where I ask people who are hopeful about the game's future why and this is the only answer they can manage. Sadly history is against you. History in this game's development and history in PGI's resume of grade ZZZ shovel ware shooters and console hunting and fishing games. Nothing they have done so far should inspire optimism in anyone. They prey on such optimism and use it and nostalgia to try to sell a half assed minimally viable product that they promise to fix and improve to what people want. Then when time to deliver on said promises comes, that was merely position at the time. So wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills faster.

I had a glimmer of hope that once they realized they had no shot in hell of reaching their sale goals at the current pricing they would finally give in and just lower prices, even if it was just on the packages despite their whole MC to dollar conversion is abominable. Instead they just used their knee jerk "throw more shiny objects at them" tactic. My biggest concern is it will probably boost sales enough to, in their minds anyway, justify their pricing.

I understand it like you, that only the DATE of the purchase it the trigger for the community rewards.

As I want the Kerensky Holo, I just purchased a Timber Wolf "A La Carte" ... maybe I add a collection later IF I can afford it.

If we want PGI to change its ways then we need to vote with our wallets. I for one am not shocked that they haven't met their Tier 1 sales goal yet. Then again the five tier sales goal system is a bunch of marketing BS. If PGI can't share with us any real numbers then they can post any meaningless information that they want. Hell, they could have posted donkeys instead of tiers and it would mean the same thing. According to PGI's secret sales figures the Clan Sale is barely at one full Donkey. Our goal is five full Donkeys. If we get five full donkeys you will get an exclusive donkey prize! Spend $240 and get a free donkey bobblehead.

In earnest, who came up with these prices and why, given that it's fairly clear from the missed sales tiers that few too few people are buying them, have the prices not been brought down to something infinitely more reasonable? A la Carte starting at $50 per mech is certifiably insane. You're asking people to pay as much for a single bunch of animated pixels as they would for an entire game. How can anyone possibly justify this in what any decent person would consider reasonable way?
