have we found out yet if we could get the veteran, then upgrade to elite later? (before launch of course)

be able to wait to pick the founder mech until later in play experience? As in do you have to pick your founder mech day 1 or can you pick anytime in the future?

I have a Visa gift card I would like to use to purchase a Founder's but it is only available for USA transactions. Any chance I will be able to use it or are the transactions done in Canada?

Without knowing for sure I'd be willing to guess that you will be able to pay with a Visa gift card.
