Or, I'm about as interested in a Hunchie as I am in breaking a finger at McDonald's at five in the morning. (tongue-in-cheek)

Maybe my sarcasm detector is malfunctioning, but you could already do this with your 4G?
I saw one of these today and it showed up on targeting as "Grid Iron Limited Edition", which is hilariously dumb.

I think he is excited to have a hero mech he can do it with, maybe?

Some people will complain about anything. Did it even occur to you that this is the only Hunchback with both ballistic and missile hardpoints? Or that - like the 4SP - it can stand to lose a side torso without being completely crippled?
No. Of course not. You just wanted to ***** about something that some people are happy to have.

It has an XL engine, by default if it loses a side torso its dead.
Why would i bother using SRMS since they are broken, the only reason i would use both would be to swap out the Gauss for a AC, bringing back to my point that SRMS are broken!
looks like you really thought about the actual use of the mech eh?

You do realize that SRMs aren't the only missiles, right? There are quite a lot of people that like LRMs and lots of people still use SRMs even though the HR isn't the greatest. Since a lot of people like to brawl with them, you could also swap the gauss for an LBX or AC20 and use the missile hardpoint for a narc.

As for the XL... odd choice as people mostly criticize the hunchback for losing it's side torso. And EVERYONE aims for them.
BUT... the XL would be nice to move into another chassis, or have to play with in general.
I don't always choose by the actual mech, sometimes the loadout is enough of a reason .
