Is there any way to communicate with the DEVs to ask if we can do a hardpoint pass over some of the these Hero mechs? I've come to the conclusion that there just isn't a good reason to load up anything in that single Missile hardpoint. I'd even offer to trade up one of the ballistic hardpoints for the second missile launcher. Please?

They also need to re-evaluate the MC price of hero mechs or upgrade several of the older chassis. Compare the Yen-Lo with the Grid Iron for the same price at the same tonnage. The GI comes with double heatsinks, endosteel, XL engine, and a gauss rifle for the same price as a completely standard outfitted YLW carrying AC/20 and 2 medium lasers.

Hero mechs are 75 MC per ton, regardless of what is equipped in them stock. Other mechs are MC based upon equipment costs (not sure the conversion off the top of my head, but someone did post it a few months ago).

I tested it in the testing grounds after replacing the small laser with a med. the meds and srm6 kill faster by themselves than the guass. I started thinking about how good people are at targeting that hunch weakness. Making you a zombie and the exploding guass rifle. Decided to put a ac20 in instead. It does have the raider colors now! looks sweet black.

Leave original and you can pretend it is a Hollander mech.

Why do ya say that? Not ALL the time but I do get taken out pretty often before end of match BUT until I do I have a BLAST shooting folks with that AC20

i am the worst player ever, literally & i still find it so very easy to dodge LRMs, if you cannot do that you need to learn to play, just that simple. That goes for everyone who thinks LRMs are "so terrible", if i can dodge them, anyone can. If you have a 30KPH atlas that does not dodge very well then AMS exists for a reason too.

I bought the GI for the Little Girl. The mech will go to the garbage. Everybody knows that a Hunchi...even if you remove that XL engine...is a Suizide mech. When you have one in your Team..you can Count him as a Disco....that is his worth in battle.

Oh, well based on my last 90 days of play in my 4G I have 445 average damage and a 3.36 KDR. So I guess a disco is worth about 1/4 of the enemy team then?

Edit: To be fair though, this was a Grid Iron thread. My stats are quite a bit lower in that since I only Mastered it last week. Just a paltry 355 average damage and 2.00 KDR over 55 matches. Clearly I am a scrub that is worth less than a disco... Or maybe you just need to L2H(unch)?

Anyone else seeing a GI LE listed as a champion mech instead of a Hero?
Also, I ran a GI built out like a 3MLas AC20 Hunchie G, and easily cruised to a KDR over 2.0. It's better than a diso.
Cheerleader is in my favorite Jenner. Doesn't look like she'll be leaving, controls for her in UI2 don't seem to work.

i have boith the GI and the GI LE listed on mine. also tends to pop up if there's a champion trial mech of something i already own, i'll get both listings with duplicated stats
