I desperately need to update my signature... but my original images corrupted, so I need to rescreenshot everything.
Every. Single. Mech. I. Own.
With the new mech select screen.
Oh god.
Why did I procrastinate so long.
Screw it, new sig:

Is that bad?
When I want to play some easy matches I drop in my LRM30 adder... xD
I really want to get the Adders as my next clan mechs, simply because of the 2 UAC2, and LRM 40 (4x10) builds. I have the UAC 2 on my KFX, and it's SO MUCH FUN. The Adder with reduced jam chance would make it even more fun.
EDIT: Strapped 1 ML, 4MGs, and 3 tons of ammo on my 1V again. So many people were confused thinking I had an ERLL in there. Killed 1 LRM stalker (ammo explosion went through legs, ST, and CT) who proceeded to yell in chat "Why is that locust running around with MGs???". He was genuinely amused by it, and thought it was a welcome change from the split second ERLL 1Vs.

LRMs / C-LRM 10's and 20's are not especially good due to the wierd weighting.
For LRMs / C-LRMs, you go:
5 = 2T, 1S / 1T, 1S
10 = 5T, 2S / 2.5T, 1S
15 = 7T, 3S / 3.5T, 2S
20 = 10T, 5S / 5T, 4S
The makes the 10s less weight efficient than the 5's, and the 20's less weight efficient that the 5's and 15's.
You make a 'better' 20 using 4x5 (8T, 4S / 4T, 4S) or a 15+5 (9T, 4S / 4.5T, 3S) meaning that the 'even' launchers are all effectively worse.
Using the 'odd' launchers nets you more ammo / armour / backup weapons.
I favour this build ADR-PRIME Which has been consistently earning me 200k+ a game (even in my non-hero ones I've been using to level it! the last game I played in my D, got 250k C-Bills and 3500XP! - and this has been basics or less the whole time!)
And thus concludes this slight detour into LRMs and Kit Foxes for this post, back to your regularly scheduled Locust Programming.

Or this KFX-PRIME which should have a little more kick.
This is my standard kit fox which is fantastic fun. KFX-PRIME
Still find myself coming back to, and spending the most C-Bills on my Locusts though~

If you have spare money & it's on sale...
i tried making a mini oxide with my locust S once. Wasn't tough enough to oxide but yeah.. kind of similar yet different, tankier.

It's basically the Huggin.. but worse, and I already own a Huggin (and I don't get along with Jenners anyway).
It's quick, it's purely ammo reliant, it doesn't have jump jets and it's quirks aren't amazing, can do alright as an SRM or SSRM boat... but if you have the MC spare and really like Jenners, then I'd go for it... if it's your first Jenner... I'd say... not.
That said, it's the only Light Hero I dont' own, so I'm still debatin if that's enough reason to get it.

Haha, no I was trying to make a joke about PB's (Locust) and PB (Awesomes) but, you know, Internet and sarcasm don't mix.
My mechs are:
Everything (IS) under 35 tons (with a few variants missing)
A Raven
Cicadas
Centurions
Shadowhawks
Sparky
Jäger champion
Wolfhounds (soonish)
Hellbringer (on my Clan alt.)

If you like your 'cadas and don't have it already, then the X5 is in the sale I believe, and isn't a bad little mech.
Centurion Hero: CN9-YLW "YEN-LO-WANG"
Cataphract Hero: CTF-IM "ILYA MUROMETS"
Dragon Hero: DRG-FANG "FANG"
Dragon Hero: DRG-FLAME "FLAME"
Commando Hero: COM-TDK "THE DEATH'S KNELL"
Awesome Hero: AWS-PB "PRETTY BABY"
Cicada Hero: CDA-X5 "The X-5"
Highlander Hero: HGN-HM "HEAVY METAL"
Jenner Hero: JR7-O "OXIDE"
The TDK is pretty solid.
The X5 is alright, and pretty cheap at 50% off...
I personally wouldn't bother with the rest myself. (Which is why I don't already own them...)
The Oxide if you like Jenners. (Also, it and the TDK comes with a Standard engine. WTF.)
The Yen Lo Wang is meant to be a pretty solid Centurion as things go.

Personally, I'd like some more locust variants
Need to check if there's any more in time line.

1Vb
3D
Are all in time line, don't need not in game tech (triple strength myomer) or may break the game (masc).
No reason not to have them I say!
