Ive found my self from the other end of the cockpits view on youtube a few times...
but you see that 3m? that build is 2 hot.. each and every time i come across someone like that they over heat..
granted the fire power is much more... but unless you connect every shot...
I prey on ping, fps, aim, and patients... most people do them self's in
I must admit... i wasnt alway a bane pilot my ansia was a long time fav... cause it was a brawler.. i would tie up a assult of something much bigger...
Ive just fallen for the bane since the resize, Im sure they will mess with it sooner or later.. and when they do... Ill push it to the rear of the hanger and move to something else,.

With tag you need to face the enemy and without ecm you are soon detected. You have nothing for self defense, 4 mgs is not going to save you.
If you per se need to tag (cant imagine actually why at all..) get a pirates bane with 1 tag, 3x spl, 2xmgs and ecm OR 1 tag, 3xml and ecm. With that you are able to sustain much longer on your own, get that red pointer longer on target and have some weaponry that can secure a kill also.
The only build really worth for the 1V is the 1x lpl, thats a poke monster...

Not that it will matter when/if offensive quirks are removed and the skill tree goes live? Not even sure what will happen with the -1V.
Has anyone thought about trying stealth armor on the PB when it comes out?

This only "really" works in lower tier gameplay where lrm's are all over the place and where you see less synchronised aggressive power play. In higher tier games it may work when you have a friend that brings the missiles, but even then... imo such a setup you essentially bring two mechs into the field that both are barely capable of self defence and thus rely for a big part on the rest of the team to withstand the pressure.

That's a one-time 86pt Alpha.
Done right, you just deleted *any* single mech, (Even an Atlas without quirks / skills will only have around 75-80 health total rear CT) and crippled just about anything else.
After that you have 1ML to poke and be a nuisance with, but you've ruined someones day and easily pulled your weight.
On the 1M - SRM's will still be better. Maybe go 1SRM + 1RL of some flavour for a one off kick, but I think straight SRM's will remain superior

And LFEs + ERSL will actually let you zombie with a 1E, lol. It might not do terribly high amounts of damage, but the lols when people can't kill you will be totally worth it.
Imagine if the SNPPC was around when the 1V still had GodQuirks for E-range and E-cooldown. >.>
