As you can see despite the nerfs ppc's seem to be just as popular.

What does ever1 think about adding the gauss charge mechanic onto the ppc also?

I'm fine with the gauss mechanic, however other nerfs are not required. They actually need a cooling buff - or to be more precise, all energy weapons are to hot / the cooling is to inefficent and SHS are a joke.

PPCs are the BFG of the energy family. I for one like seeing it treated as such. Better than back in CB when it was a joke if you had a PPC at all.

Sorry, dude. I only got like three minutes into your 23 minute video. You know, the one that opens with painfully slow-motion shots of you getting jumped by a bunch of lights? Captivating. Really, I love the way people complain about waiting 20 seconds extra to drop into a match and then expect us to just heat-up some popcorn and watch a video of them playing MWO for 30 minutes like that's the most entertaining thing in the world.

After the "intro," I saw three jump snipers focus-down slow mechs in the open one at a time. Three anything can focus-down slow mechs in the open one at a time. Then I started to feel less like you were making any point and more like this was a "Bro, look at my awesome video," situation. How many visits has this thread generated for you? I wondered. So I felt kind of manipulated and stopped watching. I think of things like this when people say, "PGI is taking advantage of the community." We deceive and take advantage of each other all the time.

If there's something in here that makes your point (say, a mech that's out-numbered or way out-tonned but, using only PPCs, handles the situation easily) please put a time-notice in the thread so we can see exactly what you're talking about. Thanks.
