Well, there's a lot of "it's not bad, but it's not great either" is kind of the norm these days.

Unless it's "meta compliant"... the "huge fads" don't disappear after a month after release.

It's a small fad (saw a lot of it when the PP was released), so it will more or less pass.

It's as meta compliant as a Stalker imo, but regardless you're right in that it will pass. Didn't say that it wouldn't or you'd see it all the rage in 12's. You don't see much of anything outside of the meta-compliant types. When we meet a team with "other" mechs, it's notable enough to stand out.

It might simply be because... that it's kinda... big.

An Atlas draws such attention, and rightly so, but the Battlemaster doesn't quite have the staying power that an Atlas does (even despite the current Atlas hitbox nerf).

Catapult hitbox changes look really nice to me, gj. It's amazing how that head can get hit from anywhere on the map and yet I can stand directly in front of a phract and not hit it's pea sized head hitbox. Even stranger since the pult's head is angled backward on the top of the mech and the phracts is dead perpendicular to your weapon.

Sadly, except for the S Hawks, none of the Phoenix Mechs are anything special. So glad PGI was kind enough to give me my refund!
