Yea, for a middle-man company to do something like this should be unacceptable. The funds cleared my paypal account 6 hours ago and still nothing.

yeah, credit card with paypal here. So if I understand right, my lack of MC is still because of the playspan - paypal thingie, and not from the visa/credit card bogdown?

This is correct, if you had used your credit card directly within the Playspan lightbox the MC would've gone through; the only hold up is:

MechWarrior Online <----- Playspan <----- Credit Cards
MechWarrior Online <----- Playspan <--x-- Paypal

I have officially asked for an update to the situation, we were last told that they are "Closing In" to the problem with no ETA.

UPDATE!

Playspan has instructed me that although they haven't solved the issue, their customer support team can manually complete the transactions if they know the account details.

I have justly asked that they manually complete all of the pending Paypal transactions in our account.

However, just in case they don't honour my request to process all of you guys at once could you give our customer support team an email at support@mwomercs.com they'll forward your request to Playspan.

Same here. I wanted to take advantage of the sale today (X-5), Yet my MC order hasn't been processed yet. I hope they extend this offer until the MC problem is solved.

Okay, so I logged into work through seven proxies and have forwarded the last 10 emails to Playspan's customer support; I've asked if I can send more of them. I'll keep you guys updated.
