

Can't Connect To The Game - "unknown Failure"

Now I can't connect to the game. Yesterday I had similiar problems, but after several attempts I finally could connect.
Now I log in, it wrights "connecting" - then "loading mechlab" - then "connecting" and disconnetcs. Sometimes "unknown failure" is shown.
I tried like 10 times and it did not worked out.

Ran the repair utility, no problem found.
According to my in-game friends, I'm connecting and appearing online. But I'm stuck looking at a login screen.

Glad it's not just my one.
For the record, I've emailed support requesting troubleshooting support. Patiently waiting.
EDIT: Just wanted to add, this began yesterday with the installation of UI 2.0, not with today's hotfix. Also, while the above picture matches what I see, this image was previously hosted here in this topic. Seems NuKulaR has hit this wall before.

Runned the repair tool with no results.
Sean Lang told me to re install , no results aswell
Im on a sucky I5 2500K with hd 3000 onboards graphics, never had a problem with the game.
Thanks for letting us play with no graphics card, for a low end graphics computer game worked good.
Please help us .. ill be playing Mechcommander with my 10 person veteram community until this gets fixed.

I have the game already reinstalled today and still the same "unknown failure".
Please fix it

Something strange that I haven't seen mentioned in thread yet: I had friends online while I tried logging in and hitting the error; I do appear online for a second while the loading screen appears, then go offline when the error appears.
I also checked the Omicron.log in the MechWarrior Online folder (same folder as system.cfg, user.cfg, etc.). Seems to be having errors loading mechbay on texture scaling and buffers blah blah blah. Posting here, sorry if too verbose.

2. Got as far as the "loading screen" with tips of the day
3. Just as the website is about to load --> back to the login screen and got a pop out "an error occurrd: unknown error"
sigh....

I have to reset my modem/router every time after trying to play.
I was able to play on one of two accounts (on the same computer!) but now neither works.

That said, my Internet connection isn't being affected at all. Wonder if we're looking at multiple problems, all throwing the same "Unknown Failure" message.
Gotta admit, for troubleshooting, "unknown failure" isn't particularly helpful as far as error messages go.
