The mem allocation errors are likely due to 2 gigs of ram, but a fresh install would probably be a good idea. It's been around a year.

idk if the causes of my client crashes are due to memory allocation or not, but I am sitting on 12GB and crash often enough to be annoying.

At what point do you stop moving people around?

What if only one person drops?

Also, do you really think it would be that easy to balance the Elo if you moved people around?

It's MP gaming over the Internet. People are going to crash, lose connection, drop because they don't like the map and are douchebags etc. Play the game, and move on to the next match. If you are upset over losing, then maybe you need a hobby that doesn't involve other people.....

Jesus talk about Awful Comment of the Day. Yeah it's multiplayer gaming on the internet. Yeah, people are gonna disconnect. And like every other online multiplayer game, MWO should be able to adjust for that, find new players, rebalance teams. I realize that it's not necessarily a trivial fix, but no one said making a video game was easy. With the fabled UI bottleneck out of the way that apparently kept the game from not being a broken mess, this isn't an outrageous request.

Crashgate thickens?

What cpu/gpu if I may ask. I used to get nvidia driver crashes ( not just in game, but on the desktop) and removing the evga "tuning"utility got rid of those.

I think my game crashes here are a result of the potato I'm using for a cpu.

I have an i5 (3rd gen) and the HD 6560M GPU. I have to run low settings but it's stable.

Really? You don't address any of the issues I brought up, you just agree with them and then say some the MM fairy should fix the problem.

At what point do you stop moving people around?

When the match starts.

What if only one person drops?

You find someone searching for a match to replace them.

Also, do you really think it would be that easy to balance the Elo if you moved people around?

And you don't think arbitrarily putting players at a disadvantage skews the already shaky-in-a-heavily-team-based-game Elo system? How exactly is a 10v12 game fairer than a game with slightly better players on one side?

Most online games don't have trouble with any of this, but in MWO, once the game's loaded, that's it, no new players allowed, if a teammate disconnects or the game doesn't find enough players in time, tough ******* kid, have fun wasting a couple minutes getting worked in an unfair matchup. I'm not asking for a fairy to fix the problem. I'm asking for the game to be less broken.
