The poptarters are worried about the patch coming tomorrow, I can tell because they are out in force right now lol.

Cool! this mech realy looks like the TableTop-miniature!

Can't wait for the C-Bill variants!

The Banshee is a very over looked 'Mech, yet the Hero version looks horrible. I will however wait until the C-bill version is out and then give them a shot after that.

TBH, this change should have been made ages ago. The fact that it was done now is disappointing really.

Seriously? Face needs work. It's like you flipped it upside down, including putting the weapon mount in the bottom of the face rather than the forehead:

Actually the head of the MWO Banshee looks quite close to the 3025 original art, except that you are right about the head weapon's position.

Not a fan of the rest of the body though, looks too similar to other mechs IMO.

Thanks for sharing the information.

But seriously?

Those Hardpoints, why do they remind me of the useless Boars Head?

And... that's why PBs show up in 12-mans...

Oh wait...

Means nothing to me. I have 2 friends and a brother who play and we enjoy it when we do.

So with your 12-man-or-it-don't-matta mentality, consider this:

I'll pay for a 1v1 (as much as paying for the ability to 1v1 pains me). Any other 10 can spectate if they wish for posterity.
-I'll bring my PB and my grim, humourless stare. You or Gollum there bring your mightiest build, 12 man skillology and you better not forget your ballz of steel.
-Anything in the game, is fair game, which means modules, JJ's, whatever you want.
-Victory can only be declared barring crowd interference.
-Level shall be randomly decided. So in the case of MWO, probably Tundra or the Volcano one.
-No best of 3 or any of that BS. 1 match to rule them all. Sauron.
-Someone has to make a sweet fight night poster for this sh*t

Obviously we're talking new matchmaker here so we'll have to wait a bit, unless you got a couple 12 mans we can drop in together, lol. Sh*t, I got an hour or so, I'll do it now if we can figure that one out ;)

You seem like a decent guy but can't help but grind the gears sometimes. So here it is:

I may win, I may not, but the gauntlet has been thrown sirs

Sure,we can do that I guess... when that's an available option.

Edit:
I don't expect to win. I'll die trying nonetheless.

The redesign looks like a collection of spare parts from the battlemaster and shadowhawk, with a giant motorcycle helmet. plain and uninspired.

*snip* Humorous Megas XLR clip *snip*

I think this fits the design scheme much better:

Im pretty much never going to run an energy in the head for that reason... UNLESS the flamer looks good there, straight out of the mouth and all.

Lol, I don't neither. I'm hardly ace pilot guy here.

I do like a good throwdown though

*looks up the basic version on Sarna Wiki*
...
...

Okay, I know it's supposed to be an older design, but a 95 ton 'mech with only a PPC, AC/5 and a Small Laser? I'm probably missing it, but can someone point out what's supposed to be the BNC-3E's main selling point? Because it's no faster than any other 'mech its size, seems undergunned and I can't see mention of electronic warfare equipment. Does it just carry an absurd amount of armour?

EDIT: At least now I remember what that Vandergriff guy was piloting in that Solaris VII novel, Illusions of Victory. Been mistakenly thinking it was a Battlemaster for some reason.

*double-checks Sarna Wiki*

Only variants on there that I can see with jump jets are both custom models - Victor Vandergriff's and one piloted by a guy named Sawyer. Both of which are modified BNC-5S variants.

Thats one fugly mech. It's a mashup of a kintaro and awesome. I'm really not liking the 0 modeling detail in the shoe-box arms.. oh well. At least the only time I'll be seeing it die is outside of my cockpit.
