You played a role on every front but that role was so neglectible that you basically did nothing on any front.
And you don't need LL to hit enemies from behind and disctract them... Actually you can do that a billion times better with a standard build because, guess what, 6+ ML on the back do much more damage then 2 LL.

And has i said, LL are good only for farming C-Bills because your earning are based 99% on how many assists you get, so if you do 1 damage to every enemy mech you get 200.000+ c-bills, but that doesn't mean you actually did good or played a good match.
Actually if you get 12 kills and 1500 damage you get less -c-bill than a mech that did 12 damage and 12 assists, that doesn't mean the 12 damage guy played better

If you get ten kills it mean you landed 10 killing blows, not that you single-handedly killed 10 mechs. You're not doing it all alone because. A 6 ml alpa shaved an extra 5-10 points off of his engine to get you a kill, that's nice. But that's still vulturing kills off of the work that other mechs on the team did earlier.

Perhaps the game doesn't reward just raw kills and takes into account a variety of actions for that reason. There's a game on my stalker where I got 5 kills, I cored 5 horribly damaged mechs.

How about 190.000 CB and 2000 XP without premium? Just saying that your rewards are appropriate to your results. ^_^

I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

Actually in a Jenner with 5 ML and TAG, and obviously a lot LRM in my team.

Your FS9-H could look like this...

Rewards were in the 170.000 CB range with about 1500 XP. No premium.

To make money you need to do more than hitting enemies a few times to get an assist. Offensive play gives bigger rewards but it doesn't mean that you have to brawl between enemy mechs.
Shin posted some videos and you should watch them, keeping in mind that the enemies there were no real threat. But it shows you how active you need to be to get more CBills in a match.

Sorry to say it but all your builds are horrible for this variant. You have 2 ballistic slots which you don't use. Your mech is too slow and bad vs other light mechs. You may have fun with them but it is far beyond effective. Nevertheless, good luck with them.

The H is imho the best non-Ember variant of the FS9 but you turn it into an full energy mech which is not his role while other variants can do it better.

I think you I missed the point of this thread, not which build is best, just some H variant of a sniper build.

You are right about the HP's though. I like to use the ballistics on this variant. Firestarter - H

My "sniper variant" is the S . Although I've built Megaman in anticipation of the LRMpocalypse. ^_^

Edit; thread derp.

They also missed the point if a person only owns Firestarter the Double ERLL variant is certainly a viable build.
Lights is not all about brawling. When the team is kinda even having a 3rd party constantly pecking with ERLL from a distance is certainly annoying and deadly if, it is a long lasting match.

FS9 "Blaster Master"

Stats:
124.7 kph
6 JJs
2 ER LLs
1 ML
1SL

This build gets the edge over other twin ERLL lights by bring an extra 8 damage to the fray, bringing your alpha to 28. This nearly gives you the firepower of 6 MLs, but gives you a much greater range to work with. It's great for frying other light snipers.

6jjs means you won't have much trouble getting anywhere you need to go. <_<
