Somewhat of a slow week for the Nova Cats as we prepare for the next RHoD 4v4 match and the Blood, Bones, and Bolts mixed 8 competition. Slow, but not catatonic.

I wish I could say it was a well fought fight. I really, really do. Up until now our opponents fought relatively cleanly. However, by targeting our legs right out the gate in match one, they sealed their fate.

Do not make us play your game. Your lower extremities will regret it tremendously. You might find others can play your game better than you. We came here to test our skill against equal foes, not to play footsie. So, no. Last match put a bad taste in my mouth.

But, then again, what could I expect from mercenaries, quiaff?

Hmm i say its the same with the Arty Division and our training in missile foo. WE find no joy but only to consume tears.

Last night we started rolling dice to determine drop commanders for random games, picking from a pool of non-command staff. Interesting results. Mostly positive, too. I feel the more the lower ranked individuals understand of drop commanding and what is required of it, the better they can perform both as a leader or follower.

Pushing people to play outside their established comfort zone is the best way to learn, imo.

Yes, it was a good exercise and will for sure help to expose more talent for this type of role.
